We’re Simple Media, a Digital Consultancy and Advisory company based out of Dallas, Texas. We’re seeking a successful and driven Sales Ninja to extend our reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships across B2B and Digital Consultancy space. Our perfect person will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and identify creative strategies to market our engagements. Highly skilled in sales and account operations and with a keen knowledge of the Digital Consultancy world, this person will join a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.
What you'll be doing
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and drivers and meet regularly with management and leadership to discuss strategy
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers and develop potential opportunities and strategies
Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
Develop and implement new and creative ways to market our engagements to our target client audience
Ensure progress and results are tracked including all interactions and goal attainment
Meet and exceed, monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Monitor and develop the financial plan, including a budget, and expenses alongside associated strategies and costs
Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales funnel (using HubSpot) in accordance with targets
We are looking for someone with excellent sales skills who can bring their talents and determination to the company. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can build relationships and isn’t afraid to think outside the box.
Most of all, we need someone who doesn’t just talk big, or think big, but has the record and the actions to back it up, who isn’t just along for the ride but can help drive.
As well as this the following are required;
Proven track record in a B2B sales role
Previous experience in the Digital Consultancy space
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working experience with creative sales techniques
The drive to grow and progress in the company
A big personality with a real passion for what you do
